The Data Acquisition and Diagnostic Unit features the following:

  • Remotely monitor Functional status (winding and bearing temperature, 3D vibration data voltage, current, power factor, kW etc…)
  • Receive data (warnings and alarms, diagnostics, root cause suggestions)
  • RS 485 signal conversion allowing online reporting of parameters such as pressure and flow
  • Smart Vibration Gauge provides 3D data in time and frequency domain which are selectable from remote smart phone
  • Easy installation of various types of vibration gauges as stick on, screw and magnetic suction types.
  • Portable Vibration diagnosis instrument comes with two integrated vibration sensors (RS485), an IoT Gateway with built in Wi-Fi and mobile power pack that is easy to set up and use via the iOS and Android compatible smart phone app
